Corte Verona is a residential project consisting of the demolition of two existing, dilapidated buildings and construction of an eight unit luxury town-homes condominium building.
The site is located on Ocean Park Blvd., in the City of Santa Monica, approximately one mile to the Pacific Ocean shoreline.
The project calls for eight, two-story plus mezzanine town-homes, each side by side, with underground garage stalls and individual storage space. Most units enjoy ocean view. All steps toward obtaining the building permit have been completed and the entire package including architectural, structural, landscape, mechanical, geological and other studies is complete and has been submitted to the City of Santa Monica for final approval. Building permit is expected to be issued within the next few months.

The package including the land with vacant existing buildings, all architectural drawings and technical documents, and ready-to-pull building permits is offered at $3,900,000 plus city fees and in-lieu fees estimated below $200,000 to be paid directly to the City of Santa Monica when pulling the permit.
