St. Joseph’s Investments, Inc. a California Company, was incorporated by its current President Carlo Bondanelli, a native of Italy, who brought into the Company his personal expertise, dating back to 1965, in researching, planning, building and managing business and investment ventures on behalf of selected domestic and foreign Investors.
Alessandra Pisani joined the Company in 1982 as CFO and Office Manager, a capacity she still holds today. She is in charge of the Group’s financial and accounting matters.
Bruno Bondanelli, AIA, a graduate of USC School of Architecture, has been the Company’s Architectural Consultant and associate partner in selected projects, since 1989.
In 1995 Civitas Incorporated was formed to respond to organizational needs. Civitas Incorporated is the operative arm of the Group, while St. Joseph’s Investments became the holding entity.

Management of the properties during the holding period until resale,
Full service for absentee investors including corporate management, accounting, domiciliation and fiscal representation.
Monitoring the specific and general market areas to resell the properties at the most financially appropriate time.
